Refund Policy

Last Updated: 18TH JULY 2025 We want you to feel confident and excited about every purchase you make! Please review our refund and return policy below for all items purchased through our official merch store.

DELIVERY ZONE

We currently offer delivery within Ghana only. Orders outside of Ghana will not be processed at this time (but we’re working on that, so stay tuned!).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns only if:
  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival
  • You received the wrong item or size based on your confirmed order
If this applies, you must:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:
  • Wrong size chosen by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Sale/discounted items marked “final sale”

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, you will be issued a refund:
  • To your original payment method (Mobile Money or card)
  • Within 7 – 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. You can return an eligible item and place a new order for the correct size or item once your refund is issued.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at ghqsupport@gmail.com with your order number.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them – no questions asked. After that, your order will begin processing and cannot be modified.
