DELIVERY ZONE
We currently offer delivery within Ghana only. Orders outside of Ghana will not be processed at this time (but we’re working on that, so stay tuned!).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns only if:
The item is defective or damaged on arrival
You received the wrong item or size based on your confirmed order
If this applies, you must:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Provide photo or video evidence of the issue
Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
Wrong size chosen by customer
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Sale/discounted items marked “final sale”
REFUNDS
If your return is approved, you will be issued a refund:
To your original payment method (Mobile Money or card)
Within 7 – 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. You can return an eligible item and place a new order for the correct size or item once your refund is issued.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at ghqsupport@gmail.com with your order number.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them – no questions asked.
After that, your order will begin processing and cannot be modified.
